These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and gempak9 ("gempak9", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at gempak9.net, including any associated mobile applications, subdomains, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

2.1 You must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements to register and use the gempak9 Platform:

2.3 Malaysian players acknowledge that they are individually responsible for assessing and complying with the laws of Malaysia applicable to online gambling. gempak9 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
3.1 To access real-money gaming features, you must register a gempak9 account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the lifetime of your account.
3.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) gempak9 account. Multiple accounts held by the same person, household, device, or IP address constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance, bonuses, or pending withdrawals.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify gempak9 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. gempak9 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Platform has not been negligent in its security obligations.
3.4 You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Any transaction conducted through your account will be treated as having been authorised by you.
3.5 You may close your account at any time by contacting gempak9 support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you following completion of applicable verification procedures, provided no Terms violations are outstanding.
3.6 gempak9 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time, with or without notice, if it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or its users.
4.1 gempak9 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the payment methods listed on the Platform at any given time, which may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and other methods as updated from time to time.
4.2 All funds deposited into your gempak9 account must originate from a payment method registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. gempak9 reserves the right to reverse any deposit it suspects was funded by an unauthorised third party and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
4.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad or passport) and proof of payment method ownership before any withdrawal is processed.
4.4 gempak9 processes withdrawal requests to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, DuitNow) typically within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days. These timeframes are indicative only and subject to third-party processing delays beyond gempak9's control.
4.5 The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and are specified in your account portal. Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.
4.6 gempak9 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose fees for which gempak9 accepts no responsibility.
5.1 gempak9 may offer promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other incentives. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated in individual promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:
5.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim offers, systematic exploitation of bonus terms through low-risk betting strategies, collusion with other players, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion — is strictly prohibited. gempak9 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus abuse and to permanently close any accounts involved.
6.1 All games available on gempak9 are supplied by licensed third-party providers. Each game is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.
6.2 All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on gempak9 use certified RNG software that has been independently tested and verified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated by certified studio providers and are subject to their own independent auditing procedures.
6.3 In the event of a malfunction, technical error, or software failure during a game, the affected round will be declared void and any wagers placed will be returned to the player's account. gempak9 will not honour payouts arising from malfunctions or errors, regardless of whether such payouts were displayed on-screen.
6.4 The results of all completed, non-malfunctioning game rounds are final. gempak9 will not reverse or adjust game results after they have been settled except where a manifest error by the Platform is identified and verified by the relevant game provider.

10.1 The gempak9 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gempak9 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any of its services.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gempak9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
10.3 gempak9's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
11.1 The collection, use, and storage of personal data provided by you in connection with your gempak9 account is governed by the gempak9 Privacy Policy, available at gempak9.net/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described therein.
11.2 gempak9 may be required to disclose personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or payment processors in connection with AML/KYC obligations or legal proceedings. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with applicable law.
12.1 gempak9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.
12.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming authority regulations applicable to the gempak9 Platform. Players in Malaysia acknowledge that they access the Platform under their own initiative and are individually responsible for determining the applicability of local Malaysian law to their specific circumstances.
13.2 In the event of any dispute between you and gempak9, you agree to contact gempak9 support in the first instance to attempt informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable gaming authority. The language of arbitration shall be English.
13.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent gempak9 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in relation to intellectual property rights or breach of confidentiality obligations.
